Together We Can is an initiative under the Ontario Black Youth Action Plan to serve black youth between the ages of 12-24. Part of this plan is to provide support and guidance to youth that will help them develop their social skills while making positive connections with professionals and experienced post-secondary students from various industries. Through mentorship, youth are given the opportunity to gain insight and support in employment, entrepreneurship, civic engagement, leadership and academic advancement.

Be aware that program services will be culturally focused using an anti-black racism lens
